About the Role:
- Pick up flyers and route materials from our designated location once a week.
- Deliver flyers door-to-door in your assigned neighborhood or "map."
- Work independently at your own pace, completing routes within agreed timelines.
- Track and verify route completion using GPS via your smartphone.
- Get paid via direct deposit within 2-4 business days after contract completion.
Compensation Clarification - This Is Not an Hourly Role
Pay is based on the number of flyers delivered. Each delivery route (called a "map") has a fixed payout determined by the area's size, difficulty, and density-not by the number of hours it takes to complete.
Estimated Earnings by Map Type:
- $0.20 per flyer (W1 Maps) → ~120 flyers/hour = $24/hr equivalent
- $0.25 per flyer (W2 Maps) → ~100 flyers/hour = $25/hr equivalent
- $0.30 per flyer (W3 Maps) → ~80 flyers/hour = $24/hr equivalent
Important to Note:
- Routes are assigned randomly each week-specific areas cannot be guaranteed.
- We do not offer hourly pay and no negotiations on route rates.
- Performance bonuses may apply for early route completions.
What You Can Expect to Earn:
- Average of $200 - $500 per week, depending on how many maps you complete.
- Your income depends on how quickly and efficiently you complete each map.

Schedule & Structure:
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Flexible scheduling - morning, afternoon, or evening based on your availability.
- Choose from 4-hour or 8-hour shifts.
- Weekly flyer/material pick-up required from our designated office.

- Flyer pick-up location is provided weekly.
