Kirby Ventures owns a group of home service and equipment businesses in North Carolina: Nature First Landscaping, SteamPro carpet and upholstery cleaning, and Triad Equipment, a Toro/STIHL/Hustler dealership and rental yard. We also run marketing for a small number of outside clients.

You will run the paid and organic social media for all of them. This is a hands-on job. You will be in the field with a phone shooting content, then back at a desk building ad campaigns and reading the numbers. If you want to learn how advertising actually drives revenue in a real business, you will get more reps here in one year than most people get in five.

We do not need you to already be an expert. We need you to be curious, reliable, and willing to learn fast.

What you will do

Paid ads (about 50% of your time)

• Build, launch, and monitor Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns for each brand
\n
• Write ad copy and assemble creative from the content you shoot
\n
• Watch daily performance and flag what is working and what is wasting money
\n
• Keep spend inside the monthly budget set for each brand
\n
• Report results weekly: leads generated, cost per lead, and spend by brand
\n

Organic social (about 50% of your time)

\n
• Shoot photo and video at job sites, in the shop, and at the dealership
\n
• Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
\n
• Post on a set schedule for each brand and keep the calendar full
\n
• Respond to comments and messages, and route real leads to the right team
\n
• Collect customer reviews and turn good ones into content
\n

What we are looking for

\n
• 0–2 years of experience. New grads and career changers are welcome.
\n
• You already post on social media and understand what makes a video stop the scroll
\n
• You can shoot and edit video on a phone (CapCut, Instagram, or similar)
\n
• Strong writing skills for social media. You know how to write a hook.
\n
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. You are not scared of a report.
\n
• Organized enough to hit a posting schedule without being chased
\n
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. You will drive to job sites.
\n
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot and cold weather. Our crews work outside, you will need to do so as well to capture content.
\n

Nice to have, not required

\n
• Any hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience
\n
• Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Lightroom
\n
• Experience in home services, landscaping, or equipment sales
\n
• Google Business Profile or local SEO exposure
\n

What success looks like

First 30 days : You know all three brands, their customers, and their offers. You are posting on schedule and shooting your own content.

First 90 days : You are building and adjusting Meta campaigns on your own, and delivering a weekly report on leads and cost per lead by brand.

First 12 months : Paid and organic social is a dependable source of new customers for every brand, and you own it.

Compensation:

$43,000-$48,000 per year
