OCCUPANCY DETAILS :

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. So that is why we automatically include travel insurance in your package.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS:
SJ TRAVEL GROUP and 3RD PARTY VENDOR accepts reservations and payments according to the following suggested schedules:
  • Payment in Full at the time of booking
  • Payments over time on SJ TRAVEL GROUP and 3RD PARTY VENDOR Billing Plan.
  • Payment in Full; No future payments will be needed, unless you later modify your reservations.
AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:
You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
TRAVEL TIPS:
  • Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, no passport required but recommended.
  • We strongly suggest to find a flight to get you into Miami, FL no later than 12PM. You should arrive to the cruise port and ship no later than 3PM. No exceptions!
  • All prices are based on the rates at the time of price quotation. SJ TRAVEL GROUP reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from delay in booking.
  • Late Fee of $250 will be added to all accounts after FINAL payment deadline.
  • Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 30 Days before check-in.

OUR TERMS

  • All payments to SJ Travel Group and our 3rd Party Vendors are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
  • Any reward points are at the discretion of the hotel.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions
  • Once deposit is paid, you will recieve your client portal log in in which you can view your account 24 hours a day.
  • Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee.
  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date.
  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required.
